Harrod Insurance Agency was established in the mid 1960’s by Harold Harrod Sr. representing Ohio Mutual, Shelby Branch, located in Anna, Ohio. Due to health conditions, the agency was sold to his son Barney and wife, Julie, in 1984. Chet Harrod was licensed and added to the staff in 2006. Chet specialized in all property and casualty lines. The Harrod staff of employees is dedicated to continuing the tradition started over 50 years ago in representing companies that are concerned with your insurance needs and protection. Being independent agents, we have the ability to utilize several companies to assure you of the lowest possible premium and the best coverage that is available.
